|Recommended: YesAlways an excellent experience at the Meridian — I've lived in both Ballston and Courthouse location and they never disappoint. Staff is amazing. Maintenance is on point. I love that the Meridian Courthouse because is relatively quiet, well located and has social events for everyone to enjoy. I will really miss living here

|Recommended: YesConvenient but some issues — The apartment itself is very nice and all of the amenities are great but the insulation in the windows is awful -- my sunroom got down to 45 degrees and the window in my bedroom seems to pour out cold air. Additionally, the thermostat can only do hear or AC, making those spring fall transition days real.ly tough. Also, I can hear all the trash that gets thrown down the chute and across the hall neighbors all the time and the maintenance crews on the pool get uncomfortably close to my window since I am on the Plaza level. What's more, it is almost impossible to find parking after 7pm and all of the spaces are SO small that my mirror has gotten ripped off and at times I cannot even open my car door. The location and upkeep of the apartment is great but lots of things need improvement.

|Recommended: YesEverything nice - grills require maintenance — My neighbors are quite quiet, though it is clear that the walls do not isolate much sound. The plaza is very nice, but it is common that the grills have their knobs missing. I've also seen rats in the plaza.

|Recommended: YesA Luxury apartment it is not. Appliances subpar, Water pressure awful, ability to heat water bad, parking difficult, — all around pretty good, just not a luxury apartment.
