Do you allow pets?
Yes we do! We accept both dogs and cats. We have a limit of 2 pet maximum per apartment. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee per apartment and a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet.
Do you have breed restrictions for dogs?
As of April 18, 2022, we no longer have breed restrictions.
Do you have a guest suite?
Yes, we have a guest suite on site that residents may reserve for friends or family. The cost is $200 per night.
Is there dry cleaning in the building?
Yes, we do offer dry cleaning services in the building. Please stop by the front desk for an information packet.
How do I submit maintenance requests?
You may submit maintenance requests directly through the resident portal, or you may contact the leasing office to place a maintenance request.
Are there any amenity fees?
Our fitness center, spin studio, clubrooms, rooftop sundeck, and pool are free for residents.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No, utilities are the responsibility of the resident. Each apartment is individually metered for utilities so residents are charged based on their individual consumption.
How do I receive packages?
Package delivery to the property is either received through our Amazon Hub lockers, or packages are received at the front desk.
What are your Concierge/Front Desk Hours?
We have two buildings in our community and both front desks are currently open daily from 8:00 am - 12:00 am.
Are there restaurants and bars nearby?
We are in easy walking and driving distance of a number of restaurants. Some of our close by favorites are Ragtime and Bayou Bakery; both just a few blocks away. The Rosslyn-Ballston corridor has many additional restaurants which are accessible in minutes by walking, taking metro, driving, or utilizing ride-sharing services.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
There is a Whole Foods within walking distance, 1/2 a mile away as well as a Trader Joe's about a mile away. There are also Giant and Safeway stores a short drive away. If you just need a few basic items, we have a convenience market in the building. In addition, you will find that services such as Instacart are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.
Do you have resident events?
Yes, we offer a variety of events every month including food truck nights, grab and go events (during COVID), virtual events such as scavenger hunts, fitness classes and more!
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you may pay online through your resident portal. You may also set up recurring payments to avoid the $2.95 convenience fee.
Do you offer on-site parking and if so what are the costs?
We offer unassigned garage parking for residents in our garages. The first vehicle per apartment is $100 per month. The second vehicle is $150 per month, and if available, a third space may be issues for $175 per month. We also have limited reserve parking for $275 per month in designated spaces. Plus, motorcycle parking is available in designated areas for $30 per month. We offer guest parking for our resident's guests for $10 per 24 hours on a space available basis.

We are 1 block from the Arlington County Courthouse.
How far are you from Reagan National Airport?
We are 5 miles from Reagan National Airport.
Is there street parking?
Yes, there is ample metered and permit parking close to the property.
What are the fitness center hours?
The fitness center is accessible 24/7.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Saturday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. You can also view available floor plans, community amenities, and access other community information on our website 24/7.
