|Recommended: YesProperty itself is good — The staff have not been super easy to work with and this has been challenging. My sister bought a car just before the policy that there were no more parking spots available and then was unable to park her car for months - even though we signed our lease and chose this building partly because of the availability for parking. I also had an issue when I bought a new car and forgot my sticker in my old car which was already gone and was told there was nothing the staff could do to help me and only offered complimentary parking for 2 days, when I was paying 100 dollars a month to park in reality.

|Recommended: YesGood price for area but with issues — Good price for the area. Near Metro and other amenities. Affordable for most young professionals across NOVA and the DMV. Lots of construction during work hours when I work from home, so beware. Also found bugs in my room including millipedes and small black bugs. Not sure what's going on.

|Recommended: YesThe perfect luxury accommodation for busy people — I really enjoy living here, everything is well planned and kept. My apt is spacious and light, and has everything I need within arm's reach. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, as is the outdoor swimming pool and indoor gym. It is a nice and quite neighborhood but very near DC, Georgetown and Clarendon for restaurants and bars.
