|Recommended: NoGreat location but management was horrible to work with. It's been over two years and I have still not gotten my security deposit back. Management keeps using excuses as to why they can't provide it back to me when I moved out, due to their lack of irresponsibility and carelessness. The parking garage spots are tiny and overcrowded. The rest of the staff was great and I liked living there but the move out process was and is still a nightmare. Would not recommend.

After reviewing the situation, it appears there was ongoing confusion regarding the security deposit transfer process following a lease change involving multiple parties on the account. Security deposits are connected to the apartment itself therefore any adjustments pertaining to leaseholder changes do require specific procedures and replacement funds prior to the release of any portion of the original deposit, which may have contributed to the misunderstandings experienced.
We understand how frustrating situations involving move-out balances and deposits can be, and we regret that this process did not feel clear or straightforward from your perspective. Our team remains available to review the matter further and answer any outstanding questions you may still have regarding the account.

|Recommended: YesFirst Month So Far — I was wonderfully surprised how clean my unit was when I moved in. It was truly spotless Everyone has been so helpful, and provides fairly clear instructions for the move-in process. Another great this is how quiet the building is I would never know I had neighbors unless I bumped into them in the hall it's so quiet.
My only critique is that the parking is very tight and there are residents that have large vehicles or just simply do not know how to park and take up 2 spots.

|Recommended: NoHorrible And Inhumane Management — We have reached out to management over ten times through calls, emails, and even visiting the office to raise our concerns about safety. The courtyard, where TVs and the pool are located, has become a haven for homeless individuals and drug addicts, making us feel unsafe. The only response we have received from management is to call the police, which is not a satisfactory solution to the ongoing issue.
Recently, the property supervisor stopped by our apartment and acted inappropriately. After I requested a supervisor to handle painting our door later in the day, as I have a newborn recovering from surgery and preparing for a second one, the supervisor insisted, No, it will have to be done now. When I explained that it wasn’t a good time and asked him to come back later, he repeated the same response. I firmly stated that the door would not be painted today or tomorrow under these circumstances.
Shortly after, the property supervisor called someone else proper manager Nick, who knocked our apartment door and started yelling without properly introducing himself. His yelling, woke up my sick son and wife in the process. This behavior is unacceptable, and it has added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.
We are requesting that management address these issues promptly and with the seriousness they deserve, as both our safety and peace of mind are at stake.

|Recommended: NoOur Kitchen Is Uninhabitable And We Are Trying To Move — Apt 624…. Never move in here. It’s been months of random leaks and weeks for constriction to finish, condescending attitudes from the leasing office and no support in this actual time of crisis.
