Nice, convenient place to live. With drawbacks|Recommended: YesLots of young people. Really good location near the metro. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Building is nice, and gym is very convenient. Most of the appliances in apartments are old or outdated. Including oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Apartment walls constructed in a way that blocks WiFi signals, creating bad signal strength in rooms.

I enjoy the building but the leasing office is disorganized.|Recommended: YesThe building itself is nice and well kept. The annual increases in rent are reasonable. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues that arise in your apartment. The leasing office is disorganized and often times it is difficult to get a straightforward responses from them. I am currently being charged the wrong rent amount but have not gotten any response from the leasing office to fix the issue.

Amazing views, great location, fabulous amenities.|Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live. The courtyard and pool are great. Its mostly young people, which is fun, but also feels a little like "college, continued." It's not cheap, but nothing in Courthouse is.
In general, it's a great place to live.|Recommended: YesI would tell them that it's expensive...there's a lot of renovations in the area...but the apartments are nice...several amenities in the building and the location is great. Please...this is a recommendation to the managers of the building - it's time to refresh the fitness center. The TV never work and there's little equipment. It would be good to invest some money to make this a nice small fitness center.

Very young, affordable, noisy.|Recommended: YesI really like the atmosphere and the affordability of the Meridian. However, my apartment gets a lot of exterior noise. I live in the sunroom and have to open my window frequently to get air circulation since my room is not air conditioned. The grill for the prime courtyard is right outside and people often stay out late and are noisy.

Good place to live with nice amenities|Recommended: YesIt's a really great location for the price. The maintenance is always there as quickly as possible, and there are plenty of resident parking spaces in the garage. There are nice amenities such as the gym, the pool, and lounges that are all very well-kept. However, it is near impossible to get a guest parking pass, and the walls are somewhat thin.

I like the people who work in/for the building. The maintenance is fast and efficient. Appliances could use some upgrading or could be of better quality (stove/dishwasher/etc). The management rules regarding the common areas of the building (pool/court yard) are extreme and need to be more realistic.
