DO NOT MOVE HERE|Recommended: NoThe charges from the Meridian are ridiculous. They are constantly charging you for every possible thing and I'm still paying and haven't lived there for a month.
Daniel, We want to apologize for your negative experience. We never want any of our residents to feel like we have charged for things that we shouldn't. If there were damage charges to your apartment after moving out that you have questions about, we'd like to discuss it with you if possible. Would you mind reaching out to our manager at 703-522-8700 when you have a moment? It will give us an opportunity to work on mending this relationship and better insight into your specific situation. We look forward to speaking with you soon. Sincerely, Taryn S.
You get what you pay for|Recommended: NoThe building is well maintained, and the apartments were recently updated. However, you get what you pay for. The walls are thin, so you hear everything that is going around you. If you live on the plaza level, your apartment is constantly hot, and the AC does nothing to cool it down. The parking is insane, be prepared for tight spots. The residents are fun if you are just out of college...otherwise, they keep you up all night with partying. This building is a bonafide frat house. Residents don't care about the recycling or trash - they just leave it in the trash rooms or in the garage. Pet owners just take their pets to the parking garage instead of outside to relieve themselves. The gym is too small for the amount of residents that they have. You usually end up waiting for a treadmill unless you work out at odd hours. The concierges are rude, and do not help with packages deliveries. The management instead just keeps making rules more and more strict how about hiring more people .
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us and allowing us the opportunity to respond. We are very disappointed to hear that you have had such a negative experience while living at our community. Our Property Manager would like an opportunity to speak with you in more detail about your concerns. Please reach out to her directly at 703-522-8700 so that we can work on mending this relationship. We look forward to speaking with you soon. Sincerely, Ashleigh N.

Meridian at Courthouse fits my needs.|Recommended: YesIt's close to everything you could possibly need metro, restaurants, bike trails, grocery . My only negative is the neighbors barking dog when it's left alone.
Love living at the Meridian |Recommended: YesThe meridian at courthouse is by far the best deal for the location. You can't beat the available amenities and the newly renovated apartments.
It is taken care of beautifully and exactly what I was looking for|Recommended: YesGreat location and atmosphere for young adults
Great location and great place to live|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Nice apartments, nice amenities pool, lounge reading room, gym .
Best place in the area |Recommended: YesThis is my 3rd apartment in 2 years and I'm here to stay
An Excellent Place for Young Workers|Recommended: YesLiving at Meridian has been excellent. The accommodations are high quality, and I'm treated well by everybody that I've encountered. On top of that, the rent is more affordable than most places in the area.
It's good for a starting point in the DC area|Recommended: YesI like it a lot- worst features are the parking and the noise levels from apartment to apartment, but I love my apartment and the building itself.
It's ok|Recommended: YesIf it's cheap enough sure
Upscale, Modern, and Professional Appartment Complex|Recommended: YesMy time at the meridian has been nothing short of spectacular. Great neighbors, awesome amenities, and a classy feel every time I walk through the lobby.
10 10 Recommend for Young Professionals|Recommended: Yes1. Post graduation, I was nervous that I would never be able to afford rent in a nice place near my new job in DC. The Meridian has allowed me to pay under 1,000 a month, keep my car, have an onsite gym, onsite pool and perfect location without feeling like I am breaking the bank. And, added plus, the apartment was newly renovated and in beautiful shape upon move in. Looked brand new 2. The service maintenance team has been unbelievably quick to fix any problems I had in my apartment. So far I have placed 3 requests broken garbage disposal, electric problem, heat problem , and they have all been fixed within hours of placing request. 3. The staff is so friendly I have become good friends w the front desk men who always great me with a big hello and smile, are super helpful with my packages, and assist me when I lock myself out oops . 4. The only complaint I would have is that the walls are thin- it is easily to hear your neighbors above, below, etc. - however I never found it to be a big problem. 5. Also, the majority of the population of this building is young professionals in their early-mid twenties, many recent college grads. For me, this was perfect because I am a recent college grad in her first job, so there are a ton of people my age. However, with this comes the behaviors of people that age. It does get slightly noisy on the weekends and there are some small house parties, music playing etc. - just a forewarning to prospective residents I've been here 5 months and have really enjoyed it so far Definitely a great bang for your buck
Good place for young professionals |Recommended: YesThe building has good amenities and is a great area to live in. It is kept clean and professional. I've enjoyed the benefits of living in the building and there really isn't much missing to it. The major issue has to do with noise, as everything from neighbors and the hallways can be heard very easily. For example, I can hear my neighbor's alarm go off in the morning.
