Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats are warmly welcomed with a $500 pet fee and $50/per pet per month pet rent. There is a limit of two pets per apartment with a maximum combined weight of 80lbs.

The following breeds are not permitted in the community: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Fila Brasilerios, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Japanese Tosas, Miniature Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wolf Hybrids, Wild Dogs, or any partial breed dog that has one or more of the previously mentioned breeds in its lineage. Exotic Animals, Primates, Pigs, and Venomous Animals are not allowed at the property. Dog owners are also required to have renters insurance, please see the leasing office for details. No visiting pets are permitted.
